Welcome to PixSpin360 LLC. By booking our photo booth rentals, event experiences, or related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Liability & Assumption of Risk
PixSpin360 LLC is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
The client agrees to provide a safe, accessible environment for the setup, operation, and removal of our equipment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PixSpin360 LLC shall not be responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from unsafe venue conditions, guest misconduct, or the misuse of our equipment, except where caused by PixSpin360 LLC’s negligence or wrongful conduct.
2. Equipment Damage & Responsibility
The client agrees to take reasonable precautions to protect all equipment provided by PixSpin360 LLC during the rental period.
The client may be held financially responsible for equipment damage, loss, or theft caused by the client, their guests, or event attendees through negligence, misuse, or intentional misconduct.
Any applicable charges will be based on reasonable repair costs or replacement costs for damaged or missing equipment, excluding normal wear and tear.
3. Payments & Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received and the booking has been accepted by PixSpin360 LLC.
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the client’s booking agreement or invoice.
Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of services, subject to the terms of the booking agreement.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments made toward PixSpin360 LLC reservations and services are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
If an event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may request to transfer their deposit to a new event date, subject to the following conditions:
The requested new date must be available.
The client must submit a rescheduling request within 14 calendar days of canceling the original event.
Additional fees may apply for holidays, peak dates, or changes in service requirements.
Deposits will be forfeited if a rescheduling request is not submitted within the required 14-day period.

5. Event Setup & Venue Requirements
The client agrees to provide adequate space, safe electrical access, and reasonable access to the event location for equipment setup and removal.
Additional requirements, including Wi-Fi, power, accessibility, and setup space, may vary depending on the selected photo booth experience.
PixSpin360 LLC is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by venue restrictions, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Photo & Video Usage
PixSpin360 LLC may capture photographs and videos during events as part of the contracted services.
Ownership, delivery, sharing, and any promotional use of event content will be governed by the client’s booking agreement and applicable privacy laws.
PixSpin360 LLC will respect any agreed-upon restrictions concerning the use of event photographs and videos.
7. Service Interruptions & Unforeseen Circumstances
PixSpin360 LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide the services described in the client’s booking agreement.
If circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent services from being delivered as scheduled, we will work with the client to determine an appropriate resolution consistent with the booking agreement and applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Agreement & Acceptance
By submitting payment and confirming a reservation, the client acknowledges that they have been provided access to these Terms of Service and agree to the applicable terms, including payment obligations, equipment responsibilities, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
